You may not use Soweto Art and Craft Development Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws), the laws applicable to you in your customer’s or donors jurisdiction, or the laws of South Africa. You will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in your use of the Service and your performance of obligations under the Terms of Service.

All the terms and provisions of the Terms of Service shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties to the Terms of Service and to their respective heirs, successors, permitted assigns and legal representatives. Soweto Art and Craft Development shall be permitted to assign these Terms of Service without notice to you or consent from you. Transactional Currency

The Transactional Currency to be used will be the ZAR also known as the South African Rand.

Return Policy

This Policy forms part of the Customer Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Refund Policy

Refunds will be done electronically via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a bank account nominated by you. In certain circumstances where possible, Soweto Art and Craft may effect a credit card transaction reversal. Refunds may take between 10-14 working days to process.

Soweto Art and Craft will not be liable for any bank charges, taxes, interest and/or any other fees that may be levied against you for the refund.

1. All Transactions and Matters shall be governed by the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Services for any reason, without notice at any time. Not all Services and features are available in every jurisdiction and we are under no obligation to make any Services or features available in any jurisdiction.

7. Soweto Art and Craft Development is not responsible for any of your tax obligations or liabilities related to the use of our Services.
8. Soweto Art and Craft Development does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.

Cancellation Policy

1. All Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. All Cancellations must happen 21 days Prior to delivery or donations.
3. Failure to Cancel within the time frame will result in either specified penalties or cancellation being null and void.
4. Certain Documents and Information may be requested upon your Cancellation.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

Shipping Orders will be calculated on per order, per item or per g/kg basis based on the product chosen for shipping. Arrivals may take anywhere between 7 business days and 31 business days. Entering your shipping destination’s Zipcode or allowing us to use your location services will quicken up the Shipment delivery. Certain products may require additional days to process via shipping. This will be estimated in the arrival timer date. Special Tracking numbers and barcodes will be used to keep track of items bought.

MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Soweto Art and Craft is a business in the _Fine Arts, Craft, and Events industry that __Specialises in Trade Markets, the selling of Fine Arts and Craft as well as Entrepreneurship Developments within the Creatives Industry.

2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way _Tracking Number. for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)

3. Export restriction (Optional)
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Soweto Art and Craft Development is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, (Soweto Art and Craft Development) will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Soweto Art and Craft Development bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for (Your Company) via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by (Your Company) separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility
Soweto Art and Craft Development takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Soweto Art and Craft Development chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature 9218 Unomyayi Circle, Pimville, Soweto .

12. Variation
